There’s an Dad/Ironman who does the race with his disabled son (swimming pulling his son behind him, pushing his adult son in a stroller, carrying him between transitions, etc.). I told Liz on her next Ironman, I want to be the son and she can be the dad…just so I can say I’ve completed an Ironman. That’s the only way it can ever happen…she’s my only hope.
